| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated the child safety seat's right latch buckle had fractured, after the vehicle was involved in a collision with another vehicle. when the right latch buckle fractured, it allowed the carseat to pitch forward. the occupants head impacted the rear of the front driver's seat causing a minor injury to the forehead. the contact suffered a broken wrist. a telephone pole was destroyed in the accident and a police report was taken. the manufacturer was not contacted. the child safety seat was a cosco. model: alpha omega. |
