Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2005 chrysler crossfire with continental tires. at 12000 miles the right rear tire developed a side wall bulge on the inside. i felt the bumping but did not see the problem. while traveling on interstate 70 the tire blew out. the dealer claimed road hazard damage and i had to purchase a new tire. at 20300 miles the left rear tire developed a bulge on the inside. this time i removed the tires to look for the problem. this tire has not blown out and the bulge is evident. again the dealer is claiming road damage. two tires, same manufacturer developed the same problem. if truly was road hazard why was there no bulges or ruptures on the outside side wall? *jb |
