| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving 35 mph on normal road conditions, it was noticed that the rear tires were flat. there were no warning signals. the contact purchased the tires from a tire shop who did not indicate the tires were used. upon inspection it was noticed the inner walls had separated. the spare tire also presented a blister, which blew out. the tire shop refused to provide new tires. the corporate office also refused to cooperate. the vehicle's odometer restarted from zero. the rv was a chevrolet balboa 1972 manufactured by general motors. the tires manufacturer was big o, brand name big foot. *ak |
