| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving 55 mph on normal road conditions without any warning signals, the a/c was not working properly. the vehicle was taken to the dealership who determined the system should be recharged; tracer dye was added to detect any leaks. the vehicle was taken to the dealer again, after a new failure and the tracer dye indicated the leaking was from the evaporator coil, which was located inside the cabin. the manufacturer was contacted, and informed there was no recall for the a/c system. the contact expressed concern because of the toxicity of the freon gas affecting all occupants inside the cabin.*ak |
