| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving my 2000 honda accord ex last week the srs light came on. i called jerry damson honda and was told by the technician that my vin number was not covered by the extended warranty given to some honda owners which had the same problem. i was informed that i would have to pay for a diagnostic. if there is a known problem with the srs light coming on there should not be an exception for certain vin numbers. this is unfair!!!! my brake light also comes on and goes off even after a part was replaced. needless to say this was my first honda and will be my last!!!!*jb |
