| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Car was leaking coolant out of the thermostat housing. when i went to replace the thermostat and o-ring gasket, i discovered that the ledge that the o-ring sits on had broken off and fell into the intake manifold. the thermostat could not be put in correctly without coolant spilling everywhere. the only remedy was to replace a plastic intake manifold that costs 800+ dollars. *jb |
