| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was carrying my 7 month old foster baby in his evenflo embrace carseat and the handle broke. he was not injured and i did not drop him luckily but i can not use the carseat as a carrier anymore it is no longer safe at all. this could have been a terrible accident and he could have been hurt very bad if my other hand was not empty at the time to recover from the unexpected drop. *nm |
