Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Complete loss of transmission. this transmission has been properly taken care of -two fluid changes; when i went to get it repaired at the dodge dealership i was advised there were so many parts on back order for this problem that it would be a month or better to get the transmission repaired. total replacement became necessary. my opinion is -if there are so many on "back ordered " that it will take a month or more to fix the transmission this is a major problem across the fleet...one i should not completely pay for. *nm
