Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Wife was in our nissan 2004 armada and was completely stopped on flat ground, placed suv in park. got out of suv placed both feet on the ground to stand up and then the suv surged and jumped forward, while still in park. the vehicle crushed and pinned her between the door and the door jamb with a concrete metal pole on the outside of the door pinning my wife. the fire dept and ems had to extricate her by placing the suv from park to drive move forward to release my wife. my wife is still recovering and healing from a " open book fracture of her hip" broken rt leg, along with developing bilateral kidney stones from injury and carrying our unborn daughter. carried to dealership they state " nothing found no way could happen" when there are several testifiable witnesses to the incident besides the fire dept. *nm |
