| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated before pulling a newly purchased vehicle off the dealer's lot, a vibration was noticed. the dealer was made aware of the observation and they stated that the vibration was coming from the tire due to sitting for a long period of time in the lot. the vehicle has consistently vibrated on normal road conditions traveling at speeds of 65 mph. the vehicle was taken back to the dealer for further inspection. the dealer determined that the vibrations were coming from the frame of the vehicle. |
