Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2005 ford ranger pick up. dies without any notice and at any speed or just at a stop sign. has been to the shop and had fuel pump, vent tube, inertia switch and a circut replaced. still once in a while (not weekly or daily) it will still fail. service department even said they were only guessing when it went in for repairs as it was showing a computer sign (sometimes) of a secondary fuel failure. this is a very unsafe truck and should be taken back as a lemon! dealer even stated that ford does not even know the cause. my family members will not even drive this truck in fear of getting in a wreck or stranded. should be returned and crushed before someone gets killed in it. does no good to continue to take it to the dealership or call ford as they don't know how to fix it! |
