| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased the evenflo titan for my son about a year ago. the plastic base of the carseat is cracking just from normal day to day use. the supporting form pieces have broken also. the car seat no longer properly supports my son. i tried contacting evenflo and they were not helpful at all. the associate kept telling me to just purchase replacement pieces. she did not understand that the pieces were not replaceable and did not listen to me at all regarding my concerns. *nm |
