| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own two evenflo triumph v car seats. both have broken pieces of foam after very little use. i contacted evenflo on three occasions and nothing has happened. i found out on a parenting websites message board that many others have had this problem and evenflo has replaced a few. however, most others like myself had to pay for it. the replacements were very inexpensive, but i believe this may be a bigger issue that needs to be addressed. also, my two seats that were purchased in 2004 (and manufactured just months apart) have different expiration dates on them. one of them expires in 2007 and the other in 2010. fortunately my daughter out grew this seat at age two and half years so i know longer have to use a seat that may or may not be safe. *nm |
