| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2005 nissan altima with a faulty ignition. my grandson, who was a salesman at the dealership where i purchased my vehicle in 2005, took the car in to be checked because my key kept getting stuck in the ignition . i was told that the service department couldn't find a problem. the problem has continued to occur repeatedly and is getting worse. my key was stuck in the ignition for 5 days the last time it happened. i will just use the last occurrence date as the 'incident date' because it took the longest time to get the key out. *nm |
