| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought an evenflo embrace infant carrier for my daughter and we used it for 3 months when the red lever that lays back the handle snapped in and caused the handle to buckle and twist. my daughter thankfully was not injured but i thought i should get a new car seat so that nothing further would happen. so, i took the car seat to the place where i purchased it and they said they could only give me 17 dollars and it is a 75 dollar car seat. i just want my daughter to be safe and i want a reliable car seat. *nm |
