| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: As i applied the brakes upon approaching a red light, the vehicle failed to slow down in a normal manner, even when i applied more pressure. i put the gear selector into neutral and the brakes stopped the vehicle. the engine, however, sped up for another few seconds before it suddenly dropped to idle speed. i have not yet had a recurrence of this dangerous incident. *nm |
