Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a 2004 nissan quest which has given me problems since i bought the car. the numerous recalls and the constant changing of brakes. we have had to change the brakes more than six times. the back brakes are constantly going out. they have a burning smell and i have taken it to the dealership on several occasions with no assistance. since i could not get an answer as to why my brakes were getting hot. i then took the car to aaa for a motor vehicle diagnostic inspection. they stated that the motor vehicle had two cracked motor mounts, both of lower control arms were defective, which wore out two sets of tires, and i had other repairs that were necessary to make. aaa also stated that there was something going on with the brake calipers, which could be the reason that i was having to change my brakes every six months. i told the dealership where i purchased the vehicle and they did not try to remedy the situation. i also contacted nissan who have not responded to my request for them to replace the tires on my vehicle. i'm still trying to reach them. *nm |
