| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving various speeds, the windshield wipers intermittently failed when engaged. additionally, upon engaging the headlight switch, the headlights would not illuminate. the vehicle was inspected by a dealer who determined the lever arm linkage of the windshield wipers and the headlight switch needed to be replaced. there was a nhtsa recall, # 99v305001, regarding the headlight switch. the vehicle was not included in the recall due to the vin. the manufacturer was alerted. |
