| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Yesterday i was with all three of my children running errands when at one of my last stops we came back to the van and i couldn't get the van to start, i couldn't even get the key to move, everything was locked up! i had to get someone to pick us up and my husband went back to the parking lot my van was in and was there until 3:30 am trying to get it working, he didn't. van is still shopping without me, we don't know if this is a steering column problem or a key problem. this same thing happened to me the day before but i thought it was a fluke, because the key worked after trying it only a few times. *nm |
