| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated when making a left hand turn at 5 mph, the vehicle was struck head on in the drivers side door. the left frontal air bag deployed, but the front side curtain air bags failed to deploy. a police report and photos were taken and seatbelts were worn. both vehicles were totaled and both drivers were taken to the hospital. the injuries to the contact included a small tear to a tendon in the left shoulder and a concussion which caused post concussion syndrome. no information was available on the other driver. the roads were dry and clear. the manufacturer had not been notified. |
