Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Power window failure. back driver's side window would not close after being opened. this is the fourth window regulator which had to be replaced on this vehicle. every window regulator has been replaced at the buick dealership. the cost for each incident is over $300. asked service technician if a redesigned part or the same parts were being used. they stated the same parts were being used and this is biggest problem with these vehicles. what upsets me the most is the regulators over time will have to be replaced again. the same defective parts are being used. buick knows this is an issue but has done nothing about it. *jb
