| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer complaint concerning the primo viaggio infant carseat. while driving the consumer's 11 week old child's head flopped forward as she slept. when she woke she could not lift her head because it was caught under the side head cushion. *ts the child seat sits too upright which caused the newborns head to flop forward. the seat was properly install and level according to the leveling devise built into the seat. the child became hysterical while her head was stuck under the cushion. the consumer believed that she could not breathe. the consumer had to pull to the side of the road to lift the child's head and adjust the seat. *nm |
