| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: In may, while driving my 2000 dodge intrepid on the penn turnpike, the back of the driver's seat suddenly collapsed to a horizontal position. fortunately, i had just reduced speed as i was approaching a toll booth, thus avoiding an accident. there were less than 33,000 miles on the car at the time. in 2003 this vehicle was part of recall 03v-035; it was serviced immediately after notification in an effort to prevent this from happening. |
