| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated a recall letter was received for the headlights, #05v066000, and the vehicle was taken to the dealership. the vehicle was at the dealership for two days, but the parts were not available therefore the vehicle was taken back by the owner. seven months later, a second dealership was contacted to perform the recall repair. upon inspection; the dealership determined the recall work had not been done. when contacting the manufacturer it was stated the previous dealership reported the work had been done and a second repair would not be authorized. the vehicle does not have the problem associated with the recall. |
