| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving various speeds on the highway, the side rear view mirrors vibrated. the vehicle was driven to the dealer who determined no defect was found and the mirrors were designed that way. updated 12/5/2006 - the consumer contacted the bbb and shortly afterward he was contacted by gm. gm agreed that there was a problem and had the dealer replace the mirrors with another style. the new mirrors seem to be performing well. *nm |
