| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My husband went to remove the car seat from the vehicle, and the left side (as you are facing the car seat) of the handle would not latch into place to keep the carrying handle upright. if you wiggle the red button just right, it will eventually latch in place, but not on its own. our daughter has not been injured, but we are returning the seat/stroller combo to walmart first thing in the morning for an exchange of some kind. *jb |
