| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated a recall letter # o2v245000 was received. when the vehicle was taken to the nissan dealership to perform the required repairs for the fuel system, the management refused to accepted the vehicle because infinity would not allow them to perform any recall remedy repairs on infinity vehicles. the manufacturer was contacted who reaffirmed the infinity recalls had to be performed by the infinity dealerships only. the nearest dealership from the contacts locality was seven and a half hours away. the contact would not accept such a criteria because infinity was manufactured by nissan. |
