| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The front struts on my car broke, and leaked fluid all over. the dealer said i was responsible however, and made me repair them even though i did not break them. looking into this issue, i found out that this car has horrendous issues with their struts, which are defective. even though the struts are defective, however they have not issued a recall, and the dealer has made me pay to fix them twice. the struts failed on two separate occasions. this could be a seriously dangerous problem, in regards to handling of the car, and car dealers across the country i have found out are telling people it is safe to drive the vehicle while replacement parts are available, which has been taking months. *nm |
