| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a chrysler pacifica 2005. i have had it for almost a year and it has stalled on me 4 times. the first time i was driving on the highway, when it shut off. the wheel locked, radio turned off everything. i had to quickly restart the car to avoid being hit by traffic behind me. the second time i was in a residential neighborhood and it shut while waiting at a red light. i didn't know it shut off until i hit the gas. the third and forth time it has shut off as well while driving in residential neighborhoods this happening this week. all of these times i have had children in the car. i have complained to chrysler and i was told that because there is no recall there is nothing that could be done to the vehicle. i was advised to take it in to the dealership so that they could look it over. the dealership said that because they can not recreate the problem, they could not fix anything. i explained to them that i it wasn't something i could re-produce. it is something that happens from time to time with no warning. again they told me as well there was nothing that could be done. *nm |
