Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was backing into my driveway, when i stepped on the brake the car accelerated and did not stop until it hit a concrete wall in my backyard, knocking it down. i contacted infiniti consumer affairs. i was advised not to move the car, a dealer technician would be sent to look at the car. finally, almost two months later, on 11/1 i had the car towed to a dealership and the technician looked at it on 11/2. all he did was drive the car, he did not do any diagnostic testing. i am still waiting for the results. i am very disappointed with inifiniti's customer service, it stinks. my insurance co., state farm, which i thought i could depend on to get things done, such as demanding more detailed testing, etc., did nothing. no one seems concerned with the fact that someone could be seriously injured or killed as a result of this problem. i am terrified of having to drive that car again. *nm |
