| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Carrying a heavy load in mountain terrain. the front brake rotors rapidly warped, leading to violent shaking, inability to stop and near-loss of control. brake rotors were turned and pads upgraded to ceramic. going through the mountains without a load caused the rotors to warp again, once more leading to inability to stop and near-loss of control. the front brake assemblies were completely replaced by pellman's automotive in boulder, co, with the mechanic stating that the original tundra brakes were inadequate. parts unavailable. *jb |
