| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My mazda 626 es, 2000 4 cylinder, need to have it's transmission replaced again. it broke one year ago in oct 2005 and this year it has broken once more and needs to be replaced. a yearly transmission change is overkill since i don't really drive in high stop and go situations, do due diligent maintenance, and do not drive in a manner which would tax the transmission. i believe, because of the second transmission failure, that is a product defect and causes an undue cost to consumers. *jb |
