| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a 2000 chrysler concorde in june 2001 from patterson chevrolet. i purchased an extended warranty on the car and it was serviced for engine problems (oil leaking and smoke under the hood) in november 2001, twice in december 2001 and once in january 2002 before the problem was fixed. car engine suddenly began to run very loudly. i put 2 quarts of oil and the next day the engine simply died while i was on my way to work on a very busy street. there had been no prior indications there was anything was wrong with the car. *nm |
