| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Acceleration between 20-45 miles per hour was "jumpy" and "un smooth" on a brand new 2007 automatic sedan toyota yaris. this started a week after a routine oil change and inspection was done. the car was bought with 11 miles on it and by 6,400 it needed a new transmission. i can't believe i had a brand new car for less than three months and it had a faulty transmission. i smell lemons. *jb |
