| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2001 ford taurus 55,000 miles excessive repair cost - vehicle taken if for front end shake when speed at 60 mph. front end alignment done to take care of this. understandable and i am fine with this. at the same time the dealer discovered rr coil spring was broken. they replaced both rear coil springs for an additional cost of $376.87. i spoke with a friend of mine and they had to have rear coil springs replaced on their taurus as well with 65000 miles. something is not right. *nm |
