| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated when the canopy top was fully extended with the child in the safety seat, the seat fell over. there were no injuries sustained. the child safety seat manufacturer was contacted twice, and sent a replacement canopy, but the problem persisted. the contact stated the canopy hung too low, and would drag on the floor when carried out of the vehicle. this was an evenflo discovery. dom:02/15/06. |
