| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Graco safe seat, the buckle that comes up between the child's legs had a failed mechanism inside which was causing it to not latch properly. luckily no accident occurred i just noticed that it wasn't "clicking" when i would fasten my child into the seat, at this time i had owned it the seat for 4 months. you can get a replacement buckle but it takes a considerable amount of time, for me it was 3 weeks. graco is refunding my money for the seat and paying shipping as well. i had to go and buy a new car seat to replace it. *nm |
