Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I had to pay $115.88 to quinn chrysler-dodge in bartlesville, ok to receive a software correction for the "powertrain control module and transmission control module" on my 2005 chrysler town & country minivan . the dealer told me this repair was a known problem and resulted in the transmission shifting erratically. i believe this is a safety hazard and chrysler should correct this problem without charge to owners. *jb |
