| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving 70 mph on a normal highway, the child restrained in the forward facing child seat installed in the back, was able to unlatch the shoulder strap becoming totally loose. as the incident was easily repeated, the manufacturer was contacted who determined the solution was to educate the child to not unlatch the strap. the contact was very concerned because the child safety seat was a 2006 design and many children could be fatally affected by the defect. |
