| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On oct. 23, 2006 i put my 2004 nissan murano into drive gear with my foot on the brake pedal. the car took off at a high speed without me changing my foot to the accelerator pedal. i pushed on the brake pedal but the car did not stop accelerating. as a result of not being able to stop or control the vehicle i went through a neighbors garage and hit the back cinderblock foundation wall which stopped the car. *jb |
