| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Check engine light stays on and truck cuts off frequently. i have had the plugs and wires changed, numerous oil changes, gas treatments. i took it to a mechanic several times. i even went on line to check information and was told that the fuel tank has gone bad and that one coming from the manufacture would cost $1500.00! i just bought this truck in may 2004. i haven't been able to drive the truck for almost 2 weeks, and i still over 2 1/2 years on it. why aren't there recalls on this fuel tank/gas/emissions system ???i don't have $1500.00 dollars , plus continue to make payments on it too. *jb |
