Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle purchased 8/1/2006, passed safety inspection by honda dealer. beginning on 9/1/2006 air conditioner returned no cold air. honda dealer claims a rock impact caused a hole in the air conditioning condenser, leading to a leaking of refrigerant and loss of cooling function. i believe this is a design flaw, as the problem is well-documented by many consumers. honda refused to cover the repair under warranty, instead charging the consumer $750. *jb |
