Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While driving home from work my brake pedal went to the floor on my 2003 silverado hd2500. i crashed into the vehicle in front of me causing damage to both our vehicles. i took my vehicle into the dealership for inspection. after 1.5 weeks there g.m finally looks at it and told me the brake operation was normal. i started to take the vehicle home and the pedal once again went to the floor. i found the service manager and the higher up person say that's normal. now what? i cant drive this vehicle for the fear of another crash. gm is no help. *jb
