Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Mine sounds like the same problem as stated by "consumer complaint: odi case number: 10169754." however, when i took my h3 in, all they did was blame it on me stating i had someone else align my brand new car, and to resolve the issue, they just realigned the vehicle to center the steering wheel. i did ask how the alignment of each wheel was, and they said it was in the 'green' before they realigned, so that tells me it isn't something that i hit in the road to knock it off center, but rather something inside the car malfunctioned. this sounds like something that should be addressed if there multiple instances of the same case, it sounds like one person's dealer actually replaced a failed part, where mine did not for the same issue. to this day i still hear clumking sounds when i steer the car, i hope this isn't leading to a complete failure and a deadly crash for something that i had already reported and attempted to have fix. *nm |
