Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving 50 mph on normal road conditions, the towed double axle trailer was observed to have poor braking action. there were no warning lights to alert the contact. the trailer was taken to a dealership, who determined the brake shoes were separated in one of the axle's wheels. after driving to another state, the trailer brake problem was noticed again. upon inspection, the wheel was observed to be overheated. the vehicle was taken to another dealership who determined the brake shoes were adhered to the drums. once the repairs were completed, an oil leak was noticed from the wheel bearings. the contact decided to research the lemon law but the dealership refused to provide the invoice for the performed repairs. the manufacturer of the trailer was 2006 p.j. trailer. |
