| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We have an audi a4 quattro 2001, which has had problems from the beginning. the issues are electrical. the rear window started going up and down spontaneously without pushing a button and now will not go up or down at all. it stays half way down all the time. you can imagine how the cold air feels on our baby in the back seat. the windshield fluid light stays on as well as the oil light. we even took the car for a $80 oil change thinking that was the case, but the light just stays on. audi dealer refuses to look at it without being paid 120/hr and i think this is just too much of a coincidence for all of these electrical issues to be happening at the same time. thank you for kind attention to this matter. *nm |
