| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while applying brake pressure at 10 mph in a parking lot, there was an increased stopping distance, and the vehicle struck a lighting pole. there were no injuries but there was vehicle damage sustained. the police were not alerted. also, the dealer and manufacturer were not alerted as well. updated 12/28/2006 - the consumer contacted the manufacturer. the manufacturer informed the consumer that a recall had been issued. the recalled antilock brakes were replaced by the manufacturer. *nm |
