Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: 2004 chevy tahoe speedometer suddenly reads 120 mph then settles to 60 mph when parked. gradually corrects itself with stops and starts only to reoccur. its dangerous not knowing the speed i'm actually traveling on the freeway. dealers x 3 say $500+ to replace instrument panel with this obvious and very common factory defect. a recall is needed. *jb
