| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After one year of driving our 2004 malibu (about 20, 000 miles), the signal lights began failing. replacement of the bulbs by a gm dealer solved each problem (4 incidents). then about two weeks ago the right front signal revealed an electrical short in the wiring harness, which was replaced at our expense. today the left rear signal socket and harness have the same problem. there appears to be a manufacturing or design defect in the signal light system. *nm |
