| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving various speeds, a strong odor of gasoline was present. upon initial inspection by the contact, it was determined fuel was leaking from underneath the filler cap. the motorcycle was inspected by a dealer, who determined the filler cap needed to be replaced with a newly redesigned filler cap. afterwards, the problem persisted. the vehicle was inspected by a dealer, who determined the filler cap needed to be replaced again. the manufacturer was alerted. the motorcycle was manufactured by ktm of north america, model year 2006, and model 300 xc-w. |
